These Terms govern your use of TmpKit's website, temporary inbox, DNS and email-analysis tools, articles, and contact form. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What TmpKit provides

TmpKit is an independently operated, receive-only temporary-email utility. It can create or let you select a short-lived address, display incoming messages and attachments during the active period shown in the app, and provide public educational and diagnostic tools. It is not a permanent mailbox, encrypted messenger, identity provider, account-recovery service, or guaranteed delivery service.

No registration is required for the public inbox. TmpKit may change supported domains, retention windows, extension limits, message sizes, rate limits, or features to maintain security and reliability.

2. Temporary and shared-address risks

  • Addresses and messages expire and may become unavailable without recovery.
  • Delivery, timing, completeness, availability, and attachment safety are not guaranteed.
  • A custom, reused, shared, leaked, or guessed address may be selected or viewed by another person.
  • Anyone able to access the same temporary address may be able to read messages sent to it.
  • The delete control removes data from the current service where supported, but it cannot recall copies held by senders, recipients, networks, or third parties.
  • Attachments and links come from external senders. Treat them as untrusted and scan them before opening.

Do not use TmpKit for confidential communications or for banking, healthcare, government, employment, paid accounts, primary social accounts, legal notices, cryptocurrency, password recovery, identity verification, or anything you need to keep or regain later.

3. Responsible use

You may use TmpKit for lawful, low-risk purposes such as reducing marketing spam, receiving non-sensitive one-time confirmations where the other service permits disposable addresses, and testing email flows you are authorized to test.

You must not use TmpKit to:

  • violate law, another service's terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy, or security;
  • commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, credential theft, harassment, extortion, or identity theft;
  • evade bans, age or identity checks, one-person limits, payment requirements, or access controls;
  • repeatedly abuse free trials, promotions, referral rewards, voting, reviews, or account quotas;
  • send or facilitate spam, malware, exploitation, unauthorized tracking, or attacks;
  • access another person's inbox or data without authorization;
  • automate requests in a way that overloads, scrapes, probes, or disrupts the service; or
  • use the service for child exploitation, terrorism, hate, violence, illegal goods, or other harmful activity.

If a website blocks disposable addresses, respect that decision and use a lasting mailbox you control. TmpKit may rate-limit, block, delete, preserve where legally required, or report activity reasonably believed to be abusive, unsafe, or unlawful.

4. Tools and educational content

DNS, disposable-domain, authentication, and email-header results are informational snapshots. DNS and public blocklists change, parsers can be incomplete, and a “pass,” “not listed,” or similar result is not a security, deliverability, identity, or compliance guarantee. Verify important decisions with authoritative records and qualified professionals.

Do not paste secrets, authentication tokens, private correspondence, or unnecessary personal data into analysis tools.

TmpKit's original guides, interface, branding, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, standards, software, blocklists, and links remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

5. Advertising, analytics, and third parties

Optional Analytics is controlled as described in the Privacy Policy. AdSense advertising is disabled during the application review. If enabled after approval, clearly labeled manual units are limited to edited article pages after the article body. They remain excluded from the homepage inbox, messages, tools, research pages, the blog index, Contact, About, and legal pages. Do not click ads to support TmpKit, ask others to click, or use automation to create ad impressions or clicks.

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and may link to external sites. Their availability, content, security, and data practices are governed by their own terms. TmpKit does not claim affiliation with services discussed in comparison or educational articles unless expressly stated.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or the whole service for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or advance notice where urgent action is needed.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TmpKit and its operator disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, delivery, data preservation, and security. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TmpKit and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; lost data, access, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunity; email non-delivery; expired inboxes; unsafe sender content; or third-party conduct. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the extent the law permits, taking into account that the public service is provided without charge.

You are responsible for your use and for losses caused by your violation of these Terms or another person's rights. Any indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using TmpKit at any time and delete current messages where the interface permits. We may restrict access for a Terms violation, abuse, security risk, legal request, or technical necessity. Expired or deleted inbox data may not be recoverable.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms do not override mandatory consumer, privacy, or other non-waivable rights in your jurisdiction. The law and forum applicable to a dispute depend on the facts, the user's location, and the operator's legally applicable obligations; these Terms do not invent a corporate domicile or affiliation that does not exist. 10. Changes and severability

We may revise these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and date appear on this page. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
